1.If your item is damaged or defective,please explain the reason for exchange to our official Facebook page via private message,our customer service staff will process the exchange service for you.
2.If you would like to exchange a product,please keep the packaging intact along with price tag and receipt,and send them back after our customer service staff confirmed and approved.
3.Shipping costs and customs duties for exchanging non-defective product will be covered by the customer.
4.If you return more than three items within a month (whether they're from current season or past seasons) ,further purchase restriction will be imposed.
5.Please check if there's any problem once you receive the product. If you receive a damaged,defective,or wrong product please contact us as soon as possible in order to avoid inventory stock shortage situation.We will process your request shortly.
